Thought leadership and animation for global property company

Highbrook has created an extensive series of reports for the Houston-based property investment company, as well as animation for investor meetings and social media.

Highbrook conceives, writes and designs reports for the Global Perspectives hub. We have created video for its Pan European Core Fund (top of page). The video combines drone footage of properties, stills, simple animation suggesting augmented reality, and infographics over an inspiring soundtrack and a lush voiceover. We've also worked on thought leadership material for the retail and logistics sectors (below).

In a separate project, Hines needed help converting copy from their web and other sources into three separate print reports for three ESG funds. We worked with stakeholders at Hines to gather, organise and edit the source content for the reports. Information from the same source was often needed across the three reports but with bespoke editing depending on which fund and markets the report was focused on.
